APT School
Tuesday afternoon, October 7th
1 – 5PM
Target Audience
- The pre-meeting workshop targets those with a year or less of APT experience but will cover basic concepts that even experienced users may find useful. It will end with each user getting "hands on" with the LEAP 6000 instrument and the latest 6.3 analysis software.

Hands-on Topics 3:30 - 5PM (45 minutes at each station)
- Use the LEAP 6000, see the new features
- Use the latest features of AP Suite - some computers will be available, but bring your own if you have IVAS 6.3 installed

Talk sessions, then main labs (APT, FIB, TEM) visits in separate groups in the late afternoon. Please note that there's a social event on Wednesday Oct 8.

Travel Information
- Marseille Provence Airport (MRS): The nearest international airport, is about a 30-minute taxi ride to the AMU campus.
- Saint Charles train station: Direct TGV (French national high speed train) line available from the Terminal 2 of Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle (CDG) Airport to Marseille Saint Charles train station, located at the city center of Marseille, approximately a 15-minute taxi ride to the AMU campus.

It is easy to commute between hotels in downtown and the AMU by subway, there is also a bus stop (St Jérôme Faculté) right in front of the campus.
