A worldwide customer service organization
To serve customers at the level required by their demanding environments, CAMECA has developed a worldwide customer support organization: direct assistance is available from our local offices in China, Germany, India, Korea, Japan, Taiwan and the USA; in other countries, users are supported by our network of agents. Our Field Service Engineers are certified through advanced training at our factories and strategically located all around the world to deliver best-in-class assistance to all our customers. In addition, telephone and e-mail hot-lines allow customers to receive information directly from instrument specialists at our factory headquarters in France.
