SX 100: the Reference Electron Probe
MicroAnalyzer (EPMA) for localized (<
1µm), precise
elemental quantitation
and mapping of mineral phases, between 100wt% and a few ppm. Used mostly
in Mineralogy, Petrography, Geochronology (monazites) and Cosmochemistry.

IMS 7f-GEO:
magnetic sector SIMS for localized (0.5µm-50µm)
quantitation and mapping of trace elements (down to ppb concentration
level) and isotopes. The IMS 7f-GEO is specialized for Geochemistry and Cosmochemistry in stable isotope measurement
(H, B, C, O, S,..), trace elements, REE measurement.

NanoSIMS 50, NanoSIMS 50L: SIMS microprobe with
multicollection for ultra fine feature analysis (50nm resolution). Used in
Cosmochemistry for isotopic or elemental analysis and mapping of sub-micron
extra-terrestrial grains and inclusions. Used in Geochemistry for localized
(50nm-5µm) trace element and isotope analysis. Multicollection of 5 masses (NS50) or seven masses (NS50L).

IMS 1280: large radius magnetic
sector SIMS used mostly for stable isotopes, trace elements (ex: light
and Rare Earth Elements) and Geochronology (ex:U, Th, Pb). The IMS 1280 offers
the highest transmission (=sensitivity) at high mass resolution and multicollection
capabilities. It provides precision & reproducibility
at the level of tenth of permil, from small area measurements
(5-50µm), in Geo- and Cosmochemistry.
