Simultaneous imaging of Back-Scattered Electrons, together with Ca, Mg and Mn distributions. The CAMECA SX100 allows the SIMULTANEOUS acquisition of 5 WDS images, 16 EDS images, plus SEM and BSE images. In addition a very high quality optical image is available thanks to the Cassegrain microscope and its continuous zoom optics.
